Deconstructing Dessert

My Room 4 Dessert Series was a collaborative project with New York-based molecular gastronomist/pastry chef, Will Goldfarb (now of Dessert Studio at ABC Carpet & Home). The images are designed to show the scientific/artistic duality of his desserts. Using the same ingredients as the chef, I created photographic collages to artfully illustrate the transformative properties in his creations. Each dessert is shown in its plated form on the left and its 'collage' form on the right.
